High employee turnover and low employee morale. Company seems to have a "fire now, ask questions/consider the repercussions later." Employees seem to be worried about job security due to restructuring, or making a mistake that would set off management. Many employees are leaving the company and the company seems to have a hard time keeping up with the turnover.
