Cons: Management asks employees to cover shifts for free, the only raise you will ever get is an (infrequent) trivial cost of living raise. Promotions do not include additional compensation. Management hires cheap foreign labor, terminates loyal US employees. Workload is overwhelming compared to other companies in the same industry.
Tips: Seek employment elsewhere, you'll never make more at Site5 than you will as a shift manager at Taco Bell. Consider this place only if you desperately need the experience. They will ask/beg for programming experience, they won't be paying you any extra for it.
