cut-throat, disorganized, political, unprofessional

Working at Standard Americas AKA Standard New York:

The upper management doesn't provide any directions. They simply don't care about regular employees. HR doesn't even exist in this place. If you go and talk to HR doesn't take any action. Moral is low. This place is far from normal company. It run as a small business, even though it suppose to be a part of Standard Bank of South Africa.
IT department is completely dysfunctional due to arrogant manager, which is protected by upper management.
