Pros - Time off, benefits, can be fun.
Cons - Sales goals are tough to hit for sure.
Roughly $38,000.

A lot of work and sometimes crazy hours - It makes it hard to have a life but It's not there are a lot worse part-time jobs out there.
Free coffee and decent part-time pay at starbucks. $11.00 per hour.

Pay and benefits are decent. Hours are unpredictable and limited.
Started out around *8.00 ended up around 8$8.75.

Pros:
Flexible schedule. Weekly tips. Free pound of coffee a week. 20% discount (more during xmas time). Other discounts (At&t, Apple.. a lot more)
Cons:
-Be prepared to kiss ass. If you don't have a good manager you will hate working there. And if you have a great manager they are usually stressed out to the max by THEIR bosses demanding unreasonable results. Upper management is usually un-reliable and are never there to answer your questions when you actually need them.
-It is completely a SALES job now. You are expected to push products and meet sales goals, if not you can be written up.
-It is a very high paced and super stressful work environment. A lot of horrible, demanding customers that will complain about the littlest things.
-Somewhat easy to move up to a shift supervisor but if you are trying to get into management it is VERY difficult. They string you along, lie to you, make empty promises and base your job performance on one meeting.
-If you are a shift supervisor you usually have to do TONS of extra tasks with NO help & NO extra pay. If you don't finish you usually will get "coached".
You get a "review" every 6 months, but that doesn't always mean a raise. Especially if your manager doesn't really like you..
Overall:
The discounts and what not were nice but I'm SO happy to not work there anymore.
I started at minimum wage, 7 something an hour (mi) and finished at 10.30. You get vacation hours after a year of employment and are eligible for benefits after 3 months.

My starting Salary was $34,000.
