I've been in a lot of companies. This place doesn't suck. Great pay. Great benefits. Great culture. I'm the only person I know with a job like mine in a firm like mine. Starr Tincup is crunk.

Working at Starr Tincup:

I don't know where to begin. I can't say I know what it's like to work for a number of different companies (cause I haven't), but I can't imagine why I would even want to consider it. There's probably a reason this was my first and only job I've had. Maybe its the domination of the industry in which we play, the flexibility in my schedule, the cool people I work with, the ping pong table or the fact that every single person in the firm is critical to our success that keeps me here. Who knows. But regardless, it's nice to know that I'm not just working for a paycheck every month. I'm working to build something special.
