A complete mess. No training,great concept,no service,hard working people. All organic growth,no new blood,unhealthy management situation.
Some in the company think it is going well but, they should be four times the size. Need outside management to get company to next level. Cannot get out of it's own way. Sales force is a complete mess with the same quotas regardless of demographics,size or prior history. Established reps not going anywhere as they have a great gig. New reps with unestablished territories are expected to get up to speed fairly quickly without any training or support. I waste of my time and talent. Some good people here but, they are terrified to speak up as most of the management team are blood.
