Do not work here. Management hasn't a clue what they are doing -- except when they blame others for their shortcomings. The place is filled with mistrust and backstabbing. At least 50% of staff are actively looking for other employment.
There is no support structure. There is no pat on the back when you work overtime. There is just the typical do more with less, even though upper management rarely makes it in more than three days a week.
I love what I do. I take pride in my work. This is the only job I have EVER had that made me not want to come to work.
I would agree with all of the negative comments made by others. The senior management are totally out of touch with their employees, products and customers. All they care about is how to line their own pockets in the shortest amount of time. This place has no ambition, no future and there is no way I would ever recommend anyone to work there.
The pay is good, but you will end up miserable. Senior management does not seem to care about their employees, products, or customers. I have never worked at a less pleasant company.
It's a shame that the employees are let down by a management team that is out of touch with the company and the market place.
