Talisma is the worse company to work for. Employees are treated great before joining, ok after joining and like dalits after resigning. The so called executive team run this company like their pops company, doing whatever they want and treating staff inferior. They threaten employees who resign and dont release and give work experience letters to trouble and have the employee not to leave them. They threaten us not to upload our resumes on job portals. This is by far the worst ...absulutely worst company. MD thinks this is his family company, to support him he has his ponies like from HR, from finance and other ponies who just nod their heads at whatever says and wants them to do. There are many ex employees like me who have been troubled, infact most people who leave them leave on a bad note and they are troubled.
This company will shut down soon. Their sales are horrible, they have lost many deals to competition due to a bad product. Even their existing customers are threatening to leave them and replace them with a rival product.
