For a credit union that supposed to care about it's members, this place is a disgrace. Hard working employees are treated callously after many years of fine service. Pay gets less each year, if there are raises. Management has money to bribe customers into opening accounts but when it comes to employees, they can't afford it. Incentives are there, but not for everyone, and they are cut too. Free lunches are frequent, and other perks, but there is a lot of chaos that makes this an unhappy place.
