















Very conservative, in they don't spend money on anybody except upper management. Really depends on the office and manager, but extreme number crunching to bleed every dollar out of projects and generally have little regard for the guys in the trenches so to speak. They have some good expertise on some issues, but overall, most of the good people have left and the good ones left over don't have much love for the company in general. Upper management doesn't give much or any support to the local offices and they pit office versus office so there is little team work between offices or divisions.
