casual, team-oriented, flexible schedule

Working at The Gap:

Managers will push you to open credit card applications but then they'll never let you ring up customers (basically the only way to get credit apps). Overall this place is average and an easy job. I got paid more than other employees because of my retail experience level

PROS:
Easy job
Friendly coworkers
Managers aren't breathing down your neck lick some commission places.
Large company / store

CONS:
It's the Gap
Managers puch new credit apps but never give you the chance to ring

The Gap Salary and Benefits:

$10.25/hr plus I believe a 30% discount & 20% at banana republic & old navy
