Overall employment experience was awful. Worked 65+ salaried hours, that means no overtime compensation, with equipment that did not work. No additional staff was provided, all work was completed by myself even dishwashing most of the time. I gave two weeks notice when i found a new job and the owner/inn keeper told me not to come back in after working the weekend so I lost money because I was not scheduled to work at my new job for another week and a half. The lack of professionalism and organization at this establishment is sad. The space and location are beautiful and the other staff was nice and do their best with these conditions.
