Cons: cannot work from home, been on call for 24 x 7 for three years, dealing with outsourced group, have to use pto for any sick days, no raises in two years, company is always copying other companies instead of being a trend setter, no training except for preferred employees, is not a woman friendly environment in the IT area, no advancement for women and women are delegated to administrative/secretarial duties.
Starting salary 55,000 annually.
