I'll give the company credit for staying in business for a long time, but gets poor marks for having turnover in it's staff, especially sales, marketing, support and programming. The only long term employees are the management team. As a small company under $3m, they have always been behind the curve in adoption of new processes nor has the management (executive) any experience to take the company larger than what it is. I know from first hand experience the owners (husband and wife team) are trying to sell the company and cash out which is why salaries are kept low. Beware of this company.
Salary is well below market averages, bonuses are low, though the vacation time is decent and they do provide expense reimbursement, but education reimbursement is not there. Health insurance is split at a 50/50 level. As for retirement, they only offer administration on a 401k plan - they don't contribute to the plan!
