WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working at Thomson Reuters:

Managers are incompetent and are clueless regarding the products or services our clients expect.
Management is sneaky and deceitful with questionable ethics: selling services to companies in the U.S. and not disclosing that their company information(and sometimes personal Officer information) will be available foreign nations as a growing amount of work is being offshored to India.
No job security as the corporate priority is to transition the majority of work to India.
Thomson takes the stance that US employees should shut up and be grateful that they are getting a paycheck every 2 weeks, and the company uses the economy as justification for overworking employees and poor staffing decisions.

Thomson Reuters Salary Salary and Benefits:

Salary and benefits are fair, but do not make up for the insane amount of hours that must be worked.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working at Thomson Reuters:

A great organization to work for and a place the puts high priority on it's people. Work-life balance is encouraged and this leads to a productive and positive workplace. The downside is that the company is slow to adapt.
