Solid and intensive merchandise training that is very long. I mean about 2 years too long. At least for me I was ready much sooner.
A decent company but they are a very "do it this way and only this way kinda of company" Advancement is possible but you have to really go for it.
If you can deal with the rigidity overall I would say it's a nice place to be.
I feel like the salary is below the industry average. Salary range is in the 40s
