Working at Tommy Hilfiger:

The employee discount was AWSOME!! 50% off everything, even on anything that was on sale. So sometimes I'd be able to get clothes for 70-80% off. And your immediate family got the same discount. I didn't like the pressure to always have to make a sale, every hour the manager on duty would say how much money they wanted us to make. Another thing I didn't like was the customer service chart in the break room. It was basically like being in 3rd grade when if you were good you got a gold star. The same thing for us. If a manager noticed you helped a customer especially well or went above and beyond you would get a mark. It was basically a tally. Some people would have ten or twenty tally marks while others would only have one or two. If you didn't have many marks it was humiliating. The managers did not respect availability and would never fail to schedule me when I was unavailable. This happened even when I had given specific dates a month in advance.

Tommy Hilfiger Salary and Benefits:

Pay was based on experience. I started and ended at $8.50 an hour.
