The management did not deliver on a lot of its promies to employees. The management overpromised and underdelivered. The management promises work for future events to good employees and then doesn't deliver on their promises by claiming that there is not enough work for them while at the same time putting in ads in Craigslist claiming that it needs new people and giving the work instead to new people who don't have a proven work record with Trade Show Temps. A pro of this company is that if somebody needs temporary work, one may possibly get it, but not nowhere near as much the company claims that it will give to a good employee.
