Deeply unprofessional senior management in this office, they talk the talk and put the spin on in front of their clients, but they have a bully mentality and unless you are in their gang they tend to make you feel inferior, everyone is constantly seeking their approval. The workers give their all but are forced to make unethical decisions that their pharmaceutical clients would freak out about if they knew what they were up to especially with their budgets. They are with a new company now United Drug, things may change but unless you want to do WHATEVER it takes to get on with the director, which many have heard some have alledgely done I would try and find a more professional leadership team and work in a company where you will be appreciated and have a clean conscience about the work you are doing for clients.
Unprofessional Management, poor environment.
