















No opportunities for colored/minorites which is really sad being that the call center is located in South Carolina (but headquatered in Philly, so partcially understandable)
-Unfairness of how promotions are given most are promised jobs before vacancies are posted
-Denial of vaction time
-No respect shown by management toward employees
-Upper mamagement is not employee friendly, will walk by you in the small call center and act as if you dont exist
-Training sucks which means you cant provide quality customer service
-Managment support
-No sick time /personal days even with doctors note, if youre sick and call out your vacation time is taken away & given an occurence
-The hardworking people are overlooked
-The management openly conversate about employees
