Cons...terrible company management. For the last 6-months I have been paid at the wrong hourly rate. Have called the operations manager two separate times and he said he would fix the issue, again this was 6-months ago. Tried calling the office and asking to speak to payroll but the receptionist either flat out refuses to transfer you or gives you the run around. Turns out the payroll employee quit and the VP of the branch was attempting to do payroll himself. Client gave us a raise and then the new operations manager and company decided not to give it to us. The previous VP attempted to take our 30-min lunches and make them 20-mins. The post commander for that site went along with this decision. Instead of getting two 10-min breaks we only get one.
