Vantage is a small builder who builds in TX, AZ, and NM. They make themselves sound very successful but they are not. I worked in the Houston division for over a year and I have never seen such incompetence. They have far to few construction managers and the ones they have are inexperienced. The homes you sell never can be completed on time. What takes other builders 3 months, will take Vantage 6 months+. Your customers will have their lives turned upside down by this highly unethical homebuilder.

Turnover is very high for salespeople and constructions managers. As a result customer service and home quality is poor. Because the homes take so long to complete, most customers cancel their orders and the sales people earn no commission. Vantage Homes often recruits people who do not have experience. They will say they do this to train people on the "Vantage Way". This is not true. Vantage cannot get or retain people with industry experience. People new to the industry are much more gullible and willing to go along with the outrageous things that occur.

If your thinking of working here...don't. The problems going on with Vantage have been happening for years and will not change. You will not earn any money and you will leave feeling like you were swindled along with your customers.
