Working at VENARC:

Very friendly atmosphere. Pretty much flat hierarchy. No non-sense meetings. Technologically advanced. Everyone has at least 2x 21" monitors. You get to pick your hardware (Mac/PC) and OS. Flexible hours. Free lunch, soft drinks and snacks and we actually go out to high-end restaurants for lunch, every day, no cafeteria. No MBAs.

Venarc Salary Salary and Benefits:

80K/yr, 12 days paid vacation, bonuses at the end of the year, full health, dental and vision insurance.
