Wachovia is very sales driven. It is not your traditional bank. There is definitely a lot of pressure to meet your sales goals. It takes hard work and energy to do this. Many are unable do this. If you’re able to put in 150% you can succeed here. Lots of internal positions to apply for once you’re in. The pay can be good if you hit your goals.. Easier said than done.
