















As far as Entertainment companies goes, this is one of the best ones if you have a real yearning for professional growth. In my department, the pace is fast and the work is diversified as it touches finance and legal. Literally, there is no excuse to come out as a better professional than when you entered b/c of the company's "Disney University." It is basically a learning center that offers writing/speech presentation workshops, computer classes, management training, etc.
In addition, Disney strongly supports continued education. The educational reimbursement plan pays $700 per credit/unit for tuition & 100% for books if the schooling is related to current job functions.
401K - 50% matching after first year of service. Earliest entry into the program is 90 days.
Cons - High, high volume of work. Don't expect to sleep on the job here!
Salary - Well compensated...will give you the max, but you have to work it. Vacation-Accrue 2 weeks during first year of service.
