Waste Management is a great company to work. I would describe the culture as laid back. Everyone here is friendly and easy going with each other. Career growth is encouraged so if you want to be promoted this a a great place to be. One of the things I really like is that management is accessible and ready to listen. Lot's of companies say they listen but WM really does. I'm very grateful to have discovered WM.
