West Denver Prep is a terrible place to work if you value transparency, integrity, and diversity.The leadership is not concerned about the happiness of their employees. They often lie to preserve their own interests and they only promote friends. The benefits are TERRIBLE! They are far worst than DPS and sometimes there are issues with getting paid on time, getting paid the right amount, or the details of insurance. We were told that our bonus checks would be less than half of what they were last year, half way through the year. Terribly unprofessional!
Pro: students are learning.
Cons: The hours are long, the pay is bad, and the leadership mistreats people who they don't like.
