I worked in this company for over six years. I worked my way up from an entry level position to middle management. However, once I got to management, I realized how cut-throat they are. The were unwilling to help each other out, and were always trying to get at one another.
The staff who work with the clients were wonderful! They always had the client's wellbeing foremost in their work. I simply wish that the passion was carried throughout the organization.
Average length of employment was about 3 years when I was there, so that tells you alot! The turnover was attrocious, which left a lot of areas where training was haphazard.
Benefits were good, but very expensive. Vacation time was great (4 weeks after 5 years of service) but you never had time to take it. Pay was poor. Middle management at $30k a year?!?!?!?
