This company is a joke--at least the Las Vegas team headed by S. Perino is! They're all about screwing the little guy while keeping management in the $$$. They'll cut your pay structure and try and spin it as a good thing. Completely insulting to your intelligence. Stephen P. and his little ass-hangers-on are complete jokes. I'm ashamed of myself for ever having stooped so low as to work for these fools. The team I worked for was so incredibly unorganized and inept I'm still at a loss for words.
Cons: Backstabbing management, low pay, "random" drug tests that are by no means random, tons of political BS, disorganization like you wouldn't believe, smarmy industry as a whole.
